Certified Productivity Professional

CPP — turn effort into outcomes with proven productivity systems

Key facts

About the Certified Productivity Professional certification

The Certified Productivity Professional (CPP) is a foundation-level certification that turns productivity from vague willpower into a designed, repeatable system. It builds from first principles: how attention and energy — not time alone — are your real scarce resources, why the multitasking myth quietly destroys quality, and how to tell genuine effectiveness from mere busyness. From there you master the classic time-management systems — the Eisenhower urgent/important matrix, time blocking, the Pomodoro technique, the Pareto (80/20) principle and Parkinson's law — and the leading workflow methods: David Allen's Getting Things Done, personal Kanban with work-in-progress limits, and Tiago Forte's PARA method for organising information. You learn to protect focus through Cal Newport's deep work, flow and digital minimalism; to set direction with SMART goals, personal OKRs, Most Important Tasks and the weekly review; and to make it all stick with the habit loop, atomic-habits techniques, energy management and burnout prevention. Every concept is taught with diagrams, comparison tables, worked scenarios and hands-on exercises, and assessed with a deep exam bank. The course closes with a lab in which you design your own end-to-end personal productivity system. It is the natural first step on the Soft Skills path.
