These terms govern your BC Skills Academy account and the online sale of certifications, exams and courses: what you buy, how prices are shown, how payment is taken (secure card payment via CMI), how access is granted, and your rights and obligations as a learner.
Refunds: Full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not started the exam. Once the exam has been started or completed, the purchase is no longer refundable.
